If
there is heavy drizzling on a sunny day you can be sure of a rainbow on the
opposite side of the sun. This colourful feast is normally on the horizon. A
few minutes after spotting the rainbow, the sky turns really dark and it starts
to rain. Light, when passes through drops of water, refracts and this is seen
as a spectrum that is visible as bands of colour. My fascination for the
rainbow is still very strong; I consider it as one of the most spectacular
portraits of nature.
